Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

- Create engaging and relevant content aimed at building community and boosting brand awareness.
- Analyze engagement data, identify trends in customer interactions, and develop an overall digital strategy to improve engagement and boost brand presence.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Monitor competitor activity and employ best industry practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and online reviews professionally and promptly.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and report on performance metrics.
- Train and guide team members on effective social media practices and techniques.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their nuances, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hootsuite).
- Comfortable with interactive tools and creating graphic content (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
